Which Victron devices are compatible with this Bluetooth dongle?
This dongle works with any Victron product featuring a VE.Direct port, including BMV-700 / 702 / 700H Battery Monitors, BlueSolar MPPT Solar Charge Controllers, Phoenix Inverters with VE.Direct ports, and Peak Power Packs. (Note: Victron “Smart” labelled products already have built-in Bluetooth and do not require this dongle).
Does this dongle require a separate power supply?
No. It derives all required power directly from the connected device via the VE.Direct cable.
How do I reset the Bluetooth PIN code if I forget it?
Press and hold the physical Clear PIN button on the front face of the dongle for several seconds until the LEDs flash to reset the PIN back to factory default (000000).
